We were shortlisted as one of the Connected Britain Awards 2024 Finalist in the Digital Council of the Year category. This recognises our work across Kent and Medway in improving digital inclusion and capabilities, from our Hardware Access and Connectivity Access Schemes to Device Recycling Scheme and Digital Hubs. .

We were Finalists in the Net Zero category of the Local Government Chronical (LGC) Awards 2024. This recgonised our impact in delivering carbon-natural devices through our Hardware Access Scheme and the positive environmental impact we have delivered through our Device Recycling Scheme.

The Financial Hardship Programme and our partners, Citizens Advice in North and West Kent were Finalists in the Excellence in Social Inclusion category. This recognised our impact through providing accessible debt advice across the county through the Kent Advice Hubs, funded by Helping Hands and delivered by Citizens Advice.

Kent County Council's Broadband team were Finalists in the Barriers Removal Award category of the Connected Britain Awards 2023. This recognised the work in Kent on a Wayleave Toolkit through our Social Connectivity Project, which was funded by Helping Hands.
