Digital Support for Swale CVS


Digital Kent had a fantastic time at Swale Community and Voluntary Services! A few of our team members had attended the Swale CVS coffee mornings previously, delivering workshops on internet safety. This time, we were there to give focused 1-2-1 support for Swale residents. We had a lot of interest for this opportunity – everyone who attended brought their phone, laptop or tablet along with them, as they all had questions to ask. We had so many residents come out to ask for support, and it was great to see how keen everyone was to learn more about the devices they use every day.


Often people will have others they know who can fix a technological issue, but it is harder to find someone willing to sit down and explain how the technology works! Our team always takes the time to let each individual learn for themselves and offer support while they learn. We hope to help many more with their digital skills!
