This is an overview session comprehensive of four modules as showed below:

  1. Fraud awareness - how we can protect ourselves and How HSBC help to protect their customers.
  2. Coping with the rising cost of living - how HSBC can support customers, introducing Financial Fitness with an education around the topics of Budgeting, Taking Control, Credit Scoring, Savings/Investing and Protecting (insurance)
  3. Introduction to digital - how to use our Mobile and Online services while staying safe online
  4. Banking beyond the branch - an Introduction of the alternatives to Branch Banking covering, Post-Office, Self-Service machines, Digital Banking and Telephone banking including Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay and contactless.
